Contact Florida Shooting Supplies before sending any return. Eligible non-hazardous merchandise must be unopened, unused, complete, and in resalable condition, with original packaging and documentation. The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Powder, primers, ammunition, opened components, clearance merchandise, and other regulated or hazardous items are final sale unless the item arrived damaged, is defective, or was shipped incorrectly. Consignment items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns — the sale money goes to the item's owner, not the shop — so please check function and fit for your particular application before purchase. Installed, modified, used, or incomplete products are not eligible for preference-based return. Manufacturer warranty claims may be handled under the manufacturer’s terms.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are refunded only when Florida Shooting Supplies shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A refund may be reduced when merchandise is incomplete or not in resalable condition, to the extent permitted by law.

Legal and safety compliance

Customers are responsible for knowing the laws and restrictions that apply at their location. Product availability on the website does not guarantee that an item can be shipped to every address. Florida Shooting Supplies may request documentation, restrict delivery options, or cancel a transaction to comply with federal, state, local, and carrier requirements.

Reloading components and equipment must be used in accordance with current manufacturer instructions and reputable published load data. Product descriptions are provided for identification and shopping assistance; they are not load data or a substitute for training, manuals, or manufacturer guidance.

These policies are our standard terms, and they let us run the shop fairly for everyone. But if something about your purchase isn't right, talk to us — we'll review it with you case by case. Any exception we make is at our discretion, for that situation only, and doesn't change these terms for other purchases.
